Return Process

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging, unused, and includes all accessories, manuals, and the original tax invoice.

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the item to obtain a Return Authorization code.

  Arrange Logistics

  Drop off the item at our authorized service center or schedule a collection for bulky ceiling fan units, subject to applicable transportation fees.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product's condition, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
